Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking information will be sent via your registered email, but may also be retrieved by sending a request along with your order number to cityofclothing1@gmail.com

Shipping Rates (Malaysia)

  • West Malaysia : RM7
  • East Malaysia : RM15

Made to Order Notice

As of now, all CITYOFCLOTHING products are available on a pre-order basis.

Please allow approximately 10-14 days for production and quality control (QC) before your order is shipped.

Kindly take this processing time into consideration before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the pre-order lead time. We sincerely appreciate your patience and support while we prepare your order to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Orders Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During launches, sales, or peak periods, processing times may take slightly longer. Please be patient, good things take time.

Shipping Method

  • Orders within Malaysia are shipped via trusted local courier services.
  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: 2–3 working days after dispatch
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days after dispatch
  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
  • CITYOFCLOTHING is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Any re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed, please contact the courier first using the provided tracking number.
  • If assistance is needed, feel free to reach out to us and we'll help where we can.
